In his leadership role, Jeremy Moller strives to collaborate and provide mentorship for all team members. He is incredibly systems and processes focused and leads systems development to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded, resulting in the best possible outcomes for MBIP’s clients. Throughout his time at MBIP, Jeremy has also amassed an impressive client base consisting of clients from small start ups to international companies, who operate in a diverse range of industries and technical areas.

Jeremy completed degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics at Queensland University of Technology. After university, Jeremy was employed by a Brisbane based engineering consultancy for a number of years where he worked on high voltage power systems, lighting design, and software implementation and deployment. That time gave him invaluable practical experience in solving real world problems and understanding the requirements and constraints of people working in the field.
Jeremy has been a registered patent attorney and trade mark attorney since 2014. At MBIP Jeremy helps innovative businesses and individuals to secure their intellectual property, particularly in the electrical, electronic and IT fields.
A substantial part of Jeremy’s work includes the preparation of patent applications for local businesses. He has been involved in securing patent protection in many overseas countries for local clients with a particular emphasis on obtaining patent protection in the USA, Europe, New Zealand, China and Japan. Jeremy also helps overseas based businesses obtain patent protection in Australia and New Zealand.
Jeremy has experience in a variety of technologies for consumer products and industrial systems, as well as medical imaging systems, telecommunications and data networks, image processing, electronic medical devices and software in medical devices, analogue and digital audio systems and artificially intelligent systems.
