Nakul is widely known in the intellectual property world for nurturing client relationships and has been a part of the IP industry since 2005. Nakul’s previous roles in Singapore and India have enabled him to acquire invaluable experience around business development in the IP profession.

Over the last two decades, Nakul has gained extensive outreach in the global IP community, where until 2022 he was responsible for fostering international client relations at one of India’s largest IP firms. In his most recent role, Nakul worked for a well-known European IP firm having offices across continental Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

Nakul has a proven track record in relation to international business development in the IP field, which has involved working with clients on a global scale across geographies and industry sectors. Joining the firm in 2025, Nakul’s experience assists MBIP in planning and implementing strategies to facilitate international client interactions for developing long-lasting business relationships.

At MBIP, Nakul is responsible for building and maintaining meaningful collaborations in the international jurisdictions. Nakul will continue to build further upon his previous initiatives at major international conferences including INTA, AIPPI, APAA, and other opportunities while carrying MBIP’s flag with him across geographies.
