From 1 July 2025, we will be celebrating a major milestone. MBIP’s team is expanding, and we welcome all the attorneys and staff from Jones Tulloch. Jones Tulloch is a Melbourne-based IP firm with six attorneys that specialise in the pharmaceuticals, life sciences, agricultural, and veterinary fields. MBIP’s wealth of knowledge in engineering and physical sciences combined with Jones Tulloch’s biological and life sciences expertise will make MBIP a firm with top tier capability in all major fields, and a truly national firm with a strong presence in Melbourne and Brisbane. This is an exciting new chapter of growth for us and will benefit our valued clients and networks.
With a significant expansion to our Melbourne-based team, the combined firm will have 36+ team members across Melbourne and Brisbane, Australia. In the coming months, we will be announcing some more exciting appointments to strengthen our capabilities further.

We want to assure you that that this next phase of the firm’s evolution will expand our capacity and capabilities and see our team continuing to provide top tier service along with optimal IP outcomes.
