Riet van den Ende is a Trade Marks Attorney registered to practice in Australia and New Zealand. Originally from the Netherlands, Riet holds degrees in Law and Criminal Law from Leiden University and the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Riet has worked in the legal profession for a decade, and has focused her practice around all areas of trade mark law. She is passionate about helping businesses protect, enforce, and grow their brands with smart, commercially minded IP strategies.

Riet’s clients value her proactive, strategic approach and her ability to simplify complex trade mark and branding issues into practical advice that supports commercial outcomes.

Since relocating to Australia in 2017, Riet has held key roles in both boutique IP practices and full-service law firms, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how IP fits within broader legal and business frameworks. Prior to moving to Australia, Riet worked for a leading European IP firm. She has advised a wide range of clients – from startups to established international companies – across sectors with their IP rights.
