jeremy-mollerJeremy Moller’s background is in engineering and mathematics. Jeremy completed degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics at Queensland University of Technology.  After university  Jeremy worked with a Brisbane based engineering consultancy for a number of years.  That time gave him invaluable practical experience in solving real world problems and understanding the requirements and constraints of people working in the field.


Jeremy subsequently completed his studies and registered as a patent attorney whilst working at another Brisbane based firm.  At MBIP Jeremy helps innovative businesses and individuals to secure their intellectual property in the electrical, electronic and IT fields.


A substantial part of Jeremy’s work includes the preparation of patent applications for Queensland based businesses.  He has been involved in securing patent protection in many overseas countries for local clients with a particular emphasis on obtaining patent protection in the USA, Europe, New Zealand, China and Japan.  Jeremy also helps overseas based businesses  obtain patent protection in Australia and New Zealand.


Blessed with a bright and inquisitive mind, Jeremy carefully and cheerfully guides clients through the complexities of the patent process to help them to understand the procedures that they’re engaging with and to optimise their intellectual proprerty position.
