Throughout his career in IP, Peter has helped clients protect innovations in medical devices, computer software, and signal and data compression, processing and transmission technologies.

Prior to joining MBIP, Peter has worked at two large Australian IP firms where he regularly worked with Fortune 500 companies and local Brisbane inventors. Peter has also specialised in prosecuting computer software-based inventions and has extensive experience in the limitations on obtaining protections for these inventions in important jurisdictions across the globe.

His technical expertise includes Australian and foreign patent prosecution, preparation of Patent applications, and infringement and validity advice.
